Over our many years in business we have had the opportunity to complete an expansive and diverse array of projects, working both as a general and subcontractor. Whether it is a multimillion dollar site work package or a sewer repair, it is our goal to complete every project with minimal delays while maintaining the highest quality product. We are pre-qualified with many state and local agencies and have experience with obtaining proper permitting and inspections. Through advances in technology we are able to streamline the bidding and construction process. One by utilizing state of the art software for digital job takeoff’s, which gives us the most accurate quantities and areas for earth balancing. Second we apply that technology to the job site using 3D GPS grading and plotting systems, this is outfitted to a dozer which can grade anywhere on the site with no grade stakes. Dean’s also goes to great lengths to assure we are keeping our equipment fleet up to date and well maintained.
