Since beginning in 1977, residential construction has been an important part of our business. Dean’s has maintained a quality work ethic with a professional crew trained and educated in the many aspects of residential construction. In the height of the recent housing boom Dean’s had multiple crews dedicated to the more than 200 new home preps per year. Through ups and downs in the economy Dean’s has been able to maintain a crew dedicated to residential construction.

We are certified and carry the correct bonding / insurance to perform work within the following agencies jurisdictions:

• Kent County Health Department: Septic Systems

• Kent County DPW: Sewer and Water Connections

• Kent County Road Commission: Road Crossings, Work Within R.O.W

• Mid Michigan Health Dept (Montcalm, Clinton & Gratiot County’s): Septic Systems

• District 10 Health Dept (Newaygo, Mecosta, Lake, Oceana and Wexford County’s): Septic Systems.

• South West Barry County Sewer Authority: Sewer System Instillation and Connections.
