Water Treatment

Whether it is the collection and distribution system or a state of the art treatment facility, our experienced staff can meet the challenge. Dean’s understands that design and build changes are in- evitable in underground construction, it is our goal to keep every project moving with minimal delays.

Here are some recently completed projects:

Big Rapids Wastewater Treatment Facility: Dean's was able to help with some much needed upgrades to the Big Rapids Wastewater Treatment Facility. Confined work spaces and unknown existing utilities dominated the project. The plant also had to remain working throughout the duration of the project, presenting many unique challenges.

Cedar Springs Wastewater and Lagoon mitigation:
Dean's Landscaping & Excavating, Inc. was able to work on and complete work on both the new water treatment facility and mitigation of their existing lagoon system. The new plant consisted of extending the force main to the new site, running onsite utilities, and dig/backfill of holding tanks. Lagoon mitigation consisted of leveling and grading of existing berms, abandoning piping and restoration of the entire site.
